At Gondola Adventures, we are proud to offer both authentic and modern gondolas. In fact, we offer the only truly authentic gondola experience in the entire Los Angeles / Orange County area. Our wedding gondola was built in Venice, Italy and imported to the United States in 1999. We are the only company with a genuine Venetian-built gondola, and we are the only company which rows gondolas exclusively in the traditional Venetian style. In fact, our owner was trained to row by a Maestro di Voga in Italy, has rowed in several Italian cities, and is a member of a Venetian rowing club. 

	And if that isn't authentic enough for you, we also have on staff an authentic Venetian gondolier, born in Venice, Italy, who speaks in the Venetian dialect, sings in Italian, and comes from a family of gondoliers. So if you want authentic, don't settle for anything less. Don't settle for an American-built gondola, a sandolo, caorlina or puparino (they're not gondolas), or a symmetrical boat (Venetian gondolas are always asymmetrical). And yet if authenticity isn't your priority, we have gorgeous, custom-built motorized gondolas. From the glove-leather seats to the elegant canopy covers to the silent glide produced by the energy-efficient electric motors, our motorized gondolas are the  finst in the world.  They provide a bit more intimacy than the authentic gondola.  They have a longer range and can show you more of the harbor, and they are a Newport Beach original.

Send a creative keepsake for any occasion: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Proposals or Just Because! Perfect for framing and photo albums. 

You may fax, mail, e-mail, or hand deliver your special message by the deadline date (typically a few days prior to your gondola cruise). 

We will transfer your special message over to parchment scroll paper using a “Calligraphy Style” font. The scroll is then rolled, tied with ribbon and placed in a clean, glass bottle which has been decorated for the occasion. 

During your cruise, the gondolier will inconspicuously place the bottle in the water. Your loved one will then be asked to retrieve it as it “poses a threat to the canal environment . . .”  

This is where curiosity will pique the recipient’s interest as to what’s inside and slowly, as your sweetheart unravels the scroll, your message will touch his or her heart.

Directions:

Please contact your coordinator immediately if you wish to incorporate a bottle message as part of your gondola cruise. 

Then take the time to create a unique message. Print clearly or type your message; note any special spelling clearly. Think about incorporating into your message the recipient’s name, the date of the cruise, and your name.
