HIKING AND BIKING
Get outside with us in the beautiful Napa Valley!
We offer guided, narrated, hikes and bicycle tours to some of the most
spectacular locations in the Napa area. We can also, in cooperation with
California State Parks, take clients on a hike/drive/bike ride to the top
of Mt. St. Helena where they can enjoy one of the most magnificent views
in the the United States. In fact, many experienced authors, hikers and
outdoor writers claim that Mt. St. Helena has one of the best and most
varied views of any peak in the world! You can actually see all the way
across California from the Pacific Ocean to the snow-capped Sierra Nevada
mountains. At your feet lie the wineries, vineyards and estates of the
Napa and Sonoma valleys. The Indians call this peak "Kana'moata"
meaning mountain with a soul or mountain that is like a person. To them it
is a spiritual center, one of the most sacred spots in California.
Gourmet picnic lunches are an option on any of our hikes. Our hikes incorporate a full narration of the history of California and the Napa Valley from Indian times to the present.
TOURS FOR TEETOTALERS
We can provide a good time to everyone who visits
the Napa Valley. Some members of your group don't drink alcohol? No
problem! We can divide your group up. There can be a special tour with
tastings at non-alcoholic wineries and/or historical sites, such as Old
Faithful Geyser, museums, and a traditional winery tour for others.
